Fraxel and Fractional Laser Resurfacing

The Results & Patient Expectations

Results with Fraxel Laser Treatment rival those of traditional ablative laser peel treatments. Skin is smoother, firmer and brighter. Lines and Wrinkles are smoothed and diminished. Skin colour is more uniform and dark age or sun spots disappear or drastically fade.

Another benefit of Fraxel Laser Treatments is the fact that it can be used on any part of the body. Other laser treatments are approved for the face only, but Fraxel Laser Treatment's unique and more gentle approach makes it appropriate for necks, chests and back of hands!

Because Fraxel Laser Treatments cause the skin to rebuild collagen, final results are typically seen about six months after the last treatment. But that doesn't mean you have to wait six months to see improvement. Most people report that they begin to see improvements a week after their first treatment and that increased improvement is seen throughout the first six months.

For people who want to improve their skin by wiping away wrinkles or evening out skin colouring, Fraxel Laser Treatments is a perfect treatment. It delivers the excellent results of ablative skin peels, but doesn't require the long or uncomfortable recovery periods.
